Siddhartha

The murmuring stream unveils the truths of the cosmos,
The ferryman listens to the eternal hidden in the ripples.

A thousand miles traveled, enlightenment found.

The awakened one,
Once submerged for Nirvana,
Entered the world for transcendence.

Now, worldly dust fades away,
Human desires dissipate.

The heart, a clear mirror,
Light and shadow coexist.

Breaking free from the barriers of time and space, returning to simplicity and truth.
Amidst the realms of illusion and reality, Eternity finds its abode in the heart.

The stream still flows,
But the person is reborn.

Night

In trains, akin to cattle’s plight,
The ignorant masses, prey in flight. Confusion, fear, and weariness,
Carriage walls echo their distress.

Destination: lines of war’s rear,
Witnessed along the journey’s sphere, Before the demons take their stand,
They cling to comfort in the land.

Threads of black smoke in the blue of night,
Are God’s silent consent, in sight.

Knowing one, yet not the other,
Ignorance, no longer bother.

Inevitable, greed and appease,
How history’s scars may seek release. Fabricated justice, souls to ease.

Sigh.
