即便鑰匙還在孔鞘
隔著鐵門仍能聽見
啊～嗚～
傾瀉的狂喜和期待

Even when the key is still in its sheath,

through the iron door, I can hear—

Ahwoo

a cascade of joy and anticipation

開門時總小心翼翼
深怕你一溜煙衝出
像豹又像馬　好奇且膽大
黑暗中愈加魆黑的身影

I open the door with the utmost care,

afraid you’ll slip through in a flash—

like a leopard, like a horse,

curious and bold,

your shadow darker still in the night

用一聲聲獨特怪叫迎接
一身狼狽的我
重負還未及放下
啊～凹～嗚～
燈亮　現形　又繼續
哇～啊～嗚～

You greet me with those strange, distinct cries,

as I stumble in, disheveled

Before I can even set down my heavy load—

Ahaoowoo~

the light flickers on, revealing you,

and then—

Wahahwoo~

鳴叫長——長——
聲聲闖進腦門和心房

Your howls stretch long—long—

echoing through my mind, my heart

再也沒有誰能如此欣喜
不計較　不評價
全心全意　善良完滿地
愛著我　望著我

No one else could ever rejoice like this,

without judgment, without measure,

wholly, purely,

loving me, watching me

不知情的人傳說
你的黑是邪惡　不祥
然而我知道
那在腿上　肚子上　胸膛上　築巢
安心愜意　雙眼瞇成一線的　黑
所傳遞的暖意有多深沉　恆久

The ignorant whisper myths—

that your blackness is evil, ominous

But I know—

the warmth that lingers

where you nestle against my legs,

my belly, my chest,

eyes squinting into thin slits of contentment—

how deep and enduring that warmth is

專屬的親暱時光
焦躁慌亂的心
等待思念的心
都在呼嚕聲中平穩下來

In our time of quiet closeness,

a restless, anxious heart,

a heart waiting, longing,

steadies in the rhythm of your purrs

對世間甚是無用的我
在誤解中如鬼魅的你

I, useless to this world,

you, misunderstood as a specter—

此時已無謂有用無用
能彼此依偎便已足矣

But now, it no longer matters,

useful or not.

So long as we have each other,

it is enough
