穿不下的牛仔褲 Jeans That No Longer Fit

應該是過了28、29後就變得不愛穿緊身褲了，而那時已經把大部分的緊身褲都回收了。

I must have stopped liking tight jeans around the age of 28 or 29. By then, I had already given away most of my skinny jeans.

兩三年前買牛仔褲時又買了緊身褲，但穿的次數少之又少。前陣子又穿了一次，發現實在過了習慣束縛的年紀，雖然身材和體重都持平，但我內心已經不習慣穿著好看但不舒適的褲子。於是就毫不猶豫地把它放到舊衣回收桶了。

A couple of years ago, when I bought some new jeans, I got another pair of skinnies, but I wore them only a handful of times. Recently, I tried wearing them again, only to realize that I’m past the age of tolerating restrictive clothing. Although my body and weight have stayed the same, I’m no longer comfortable in clothes that look good but don’t feel good. So, without hesitation, I tossed them into the old clothes recycling bin.

在職場上接觸到的人彼此間年齡差距很大，最老的到民國40年次、次老的也有民國49年次，而辦公室偏年輕的則是民國85年次甚至更年輕的同事。

In the workplace, I encounter people of vastly different ages. The oldest were born around 1951, while the younger colleagues were born as recently as 1996, or even later.

夾在中間的我同時理解雙邊的想法，所以感到痛苦。

Being caught in the middle, I understand the perspectives of both sides, which causes me some distress.

雖然會冒汗，但喜歡夏天 Summer Days: Sweaty but Sweet

最近生活和工作都有動盪，發生很多變化，多到內心沒有餘裕，讀書變得緩慢，也不想寫東西，精神變得比較鬆散，日復一日的感受很明顯。

Recently, both my personal life and work have been quite tumultuous, with many changes happening all at once. This has left me feeling mentally drained, making it difficult to read or write, and resulting in a noticeable day-to-day fatigue.

夏至過了，天氣變得炎熱，但陽光明媚、藍天白雲，晴朗的天氣讓我內心自然湧起一種充滿幸福、幹勁的感覺。

As the summer solstice passed, the weather became hot, but the bright sunshine, blue skies, and clear days filled me with a natural sense of happiness and motivation.

我是晨間型人，早上的精神遠比晚上好，白天天氣好時，會讓我的心情更好、更有動力。

I’m a morning person; my energy levels are far better in the morning than in the evening. Good weather during the day lifts my spirits and boosts my drive.
