本格芋(番薯)燒酎——大伊雅美~DAIYAME~

會開始接觸燒酎是因為在「獨樂清酒食堂」品嘗到了燒酎成熟的滋味,從此我就只愛不甜的清酒還有香氣濃郁的燒酎了。

I started getting into shochu after tasting its matured flavor at “Dokuraku Seisyu Shokudo". Since then, I have developed a preference for unsweetened sake and aromatic shochu.
