今天是我第19天去健身房運動。
Today marks the 19th day of my gym routine.
目前的鍛鍊是一週去四天,兩天有氧運動、兩天上肢和下肢重訓、穿插三天休息日。
如果有事情或身體不舒服,就會休息,但至少一週都會去兩次,維持有氧和重訓並重。
Right now, I work out four times a week—two days of cardio, two days of strength training for my upper and lower body, with three rest days in between. If something comes up or I’m not feeling well, I take a break, but I make sure to go at least twice a week to maintain a balance between cardio and strength training.
