終於吃到最滿意的章魚山葵！
2023年12月30日，年末歡慶，和先生久違去了居酒屋——月酉 炭火串燒·割烹 KUSHIYAKI 居酒屋。
回台中之後就比較少去居酒屋，除了為了省錢抑制欲望之外，主要還是因為台中還不像台北那麼方便，幾乎所有店家都能搭捷運抵達。主要選擇這家居酒屋的原因在於評分高又在捷運附近！可以喝完酒搭捷運回家了～
這家居酒屋我們吃得都非常滿意，主要原因有以下幾點：

- 章魚山葵非常符合期待、非常好吃，就是經典版的章魚山葵沒有被改造成奇怪的樣子，調味剛剛好也不會太鹹。我會為了吃這道菜再回訪！
- 用餐環境很舒適，裝潢和裝飾都賞心悅目，位置也蠻大的。
- 日文歌單是經典動漫歌、新的動漫歌或流行歌，去過這麼多店家，這是唯一一家終於不播放日本老歌的居酒屋，非常讚！
- 燒酎在台灣偏冷門，但這家至少有四款可選擇，還有店家人員稍微介紹燒酎的口感。
《戀焰焚身》觀後感
這是一部關於目前還正在活躍中的邪教——雙生火焰——的紀錄片。看過很多邪教紀錄片，但這種數位操控型的還是第一次知道（依據影片的註記，這種類型的邪教在疫情時大量萌生），而且比起宗教感，它的斂財感比較濃厚，只是它用現在熱門的「找到真愛」、「找到自己」、「我們都有靈魂伴侶」這種話術來包裝。
This documentary delves into the world of a currently active cult – the Twin Flame. While I’ve watched my fair share of cult documentaries, this one introduces a new dimension: digital manipulation. According to the film’s notes, this type of cult burgeoned during the pandemic, harnessing the power of digital platforms. Unlike traditional cults that physically confine followers, the Twin Flame operates predominantly through digital means, using popular rhetoric like “finding true love" and “finding oneself" to lure adherents.

2023回顧——平淡的一年
雖然2023不管是工作還是生活都有變化，但整體而言我覺得是個很平淡的一年，或者說原地踏步的一年，沒有過多的動盪、人生也沒什麼長進。
Although 2023 brought changes in both work and life, overall, I found it to be a rather mundane year, perhaps even a year of stagnation, with no significant upheavals or personal advancements.
如果要用一個字來代表我的2023年，我會用「平」。
If I were to sum up my 2023 in a single word, it would be “tranquil."
除了上述的平淡之外，我也學會用更平靜的方式面對討厭的人事物，就當自己是個NPC、其他人也是NPC，如此想像練習後，便覺得那些討厭的人事物只是「如此」，不再去思考「為什麼如此」。這種想法解脫了束縛。
In addition to the aforementioned tranquility, I learned to face unpleasant people and things in a calmer manner, treating myself and others as if we were characters in a video game, detached from the usual emotional entanglements. This imaginative exercise allowed me to perceive those unpleasant aspects of life as merely “being," without delving into the “whys." This mindset liberated me from unnecessary constraints.

2023回顧——閱讀分享
今年閱讀的書單可說是不受控，讀的大半的書都不在預計書單內，幾乎都是隨機性、想讀就找來讀的書，所以書的類型比起去年豐富一些。
This year’s reading list can be described as uncontrolled. Most of the books I read were not on my planned list; they were chosen randomly, based on my immediate interest. Consequently, the variety of books I read was richer compared to last year.
